Dr Mithun Shetty & Dr Priya Naik

Mithun and Priya are experienced and dedicated dental surgeons with a vision to cater to the needs of the community and contribute to its success.

They have been trained in the best clinical skills – Mithun has a Masters in Periodontics from India and has successfully completed a course in Implantology in Sydney; Priya has a Masters in Endodontics from India.

They are currently licensed as General Dental Surgeons (Australian Dental Board Certified) in Australia. The two have been excellent team leaders.

Mithun’s kindness and passion complimented by Priya’s cheerful and caring nature contribute to their excellent rapport with people of all ages. Loving parents to two young boys, Mithun spends his leisure playing golf, fishing while Priya loves travelling, cooking and spending time with family and friends. Mithun is an ardent soccer and cricket fan too.

Dr. Jayant (General Dentist)

Dr Jayant is an experienced Dentist with a wealth of clinical knowledge and skills working in both public and private practice abroad and in Australia.

He graduated as a Dentist in 2008, in India. He later moved to Australia and completed his Masters of Business Administration from Swinburne University in Melbourne. He also holds a Masters Degree in Health Administration.

Dr Jayant worked as a full-time Dentist at Maryborough Dental Services and also at Bendigo Smiles. He is now practising a full time in the role of associate Dentist at Castlemaine Smiles. He is an enthusiastic learner constantly updating his clinical knowledge and skills through continuing professional seminars and attending various dental conferences. He enjoys practising all aspects of dentistry with a special focus on minimal invasive dentistry.

For the last 5 years Dr Jayant has called Bendigo his home. He lives with his lovely wife and adorable Daughter. He enjoys travelling, spending time with family and watching a good movie when he has any spare time.

Dr. Afrah Dameer (General Dentist)

Dr Afrah Dameer completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Adelaide. She is known for her gentle, caring and friendly nature including her drive to provide a high standard of care in a sincere and holistic manner.

She listens carefully to her patients to ensure they receive personalised and holistic treatment outcomes. She also believes in educating and empowering her patients to attain their oral health goals. Afrah enjoys all aspects of general dentistry with particular interests in restorative, preventative and aesthetic dentistry.

Outside of work, Afrah enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, cooking hearty meals, reading a good book, travelling and enjoying nature.
